Welcome to La Paz City Map. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to the detailed terms and conditions outlined below. This policy is established to ensure clarity and protection for both our clients and us.

Reservations and Payments
- All reservations must be confirmed with either partial or full payment at the time of booking.
- The full amount of the activity must be paid in full before the commencement date of the trip.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures unless otherwise stated under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of La Paz City Map.

Changes in Itineraries
- La Paz City Map reserves the right to modify itineraries at any time if required due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or to benefit the client.
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will apply only if the Port Captain officially closes the port. In such cases, a rescheduling or credit for future activities will be offered.

Liability and Risks
- By participating in our activities, the client accepts all associated risks, including but not limited to injuries, damages, accidents, or encounters with wildlife (e.g., bees, stingrays, jellyfish) which are beyond our control.
- La Paz City Map, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for incidents beyond their control, such as adverse weather conditions or acts of God.

Client Behavior and Code of Conduct
- Clients must follow all instructions provided by our guides. Any inappropriate behavior, such as harassment, intoxication, or endangering others, will result in immediate cancellation of the tour without refund, and relevant authorities may be notified.
- La Paz City Map reserves the right to cancel a client's participation in any activity if their behavior jeopardizes the safety of the group or other clients.

Intellectual Property
- All website content, including images, videos, and text, is the property of La Paz City Map and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

Lost Items
- We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or left behind during tours. Clients are advised to secure their belongings at all times.
